From the Ohio Division of EMS:
Process Improvement (PI) in the EMS world is largely an unknown, with anecdotal evidence suggesting its most common use is to “kill the bad apples. ”Concepts in Process Improvement” is a hands-on course designed to teach what PI truly is and how to start a PI activity.
The CPI course is designed for EMS, ED, trauma, and public safety professionals. Generously funded by the Ohio EMS for Children program, the 4-hour courses are conducted by staff from the Ohio Department of Public Safety, EMS Division, free of charge.
We hope you can join us for a CPI course at The Ohio EMS Conference presented by OhioHealth on May 17, 2016 at the Great Columbus Convention Center. Visit OhioEMSConference.com for conference and CPI information registration. Please note that there is a separate registration for CPI, in addition to, the conference registration.
There is no charge for either The Ohio EMS Conference or the CPI Course.
