About Us

OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital is an American College of Surgeons Level II verified trauma center and is one of the busiest level II centers in this part of the US.  Riverside is easily accessible to both ground and air transport and the trauma program is dedicated to provide multidisciplinary and comprehensive care to all activation levels and all degrees of injuries.  Attending trauma surgeons and their teams are available 24 hours a day to oversee the care of the injured patient from hospital arrival through discharge and clinic follow/up.
